It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert A. Johnston of Onalaska, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnston and Wilma Johnston (Garvey); his sisters, Judy Bahr and Gale Bahr (Fred); and his brother-in-law Roger Tooke.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bertler; his children, Michael Johnston (Sara), Stephen Johnston (Andrea) and Stacia Johnston-Lyga (Brad); his grandchildren, Brenton, Ian and Paityn; his siblings, Karen Tooke, Bruce Johnston (Susie), Brent Johnston (Penny) and Pam McLaurin; and his brother-in-law Tom Bahr. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
