He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Melissa Schwaab and Rick (Tiffany); his stepchildren, Jeremy (Emily) and Shanna (Gary); and his siblings, Karen Powell (Dan), Bill Johnson (Vicky), Terry Johnson, Renee Servais (Darrel) and Tammy Hallum (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives.
