She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Farley and Kathryn Farley; her sister Cam; her brother-in-law Ronald Miller; her parents-in-law, Angeline and Edward Jakowski; and her sister-in-law Jean Sorenson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim of Menasha; her children, Christine Hammes (Lynn), Cheryl Jakowski and Peter Jakowski (Patti); her grandchildren, Lindsay Bell (Daniel), Brittany Hermes (Sam), Anthony Vitanza (Jackie), Ashley Walsh (Colin), Nathan Jakowski (Joe) and Alex McDonah (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Fiona, Finn, Bowyn, Henry and Theodore.
In lieu of flowers, gifts given in Mom's memory will be used to purchase a memorial tile near the Riverside Park Band Shelter or given to Saint Teresa of Kolkata Parish in West Salem.
