He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Novak and Elsie Novak of Holmen; his brother Mark Novak; and his son Jesse Van Patten (Cheryl). He is survived by: his fiancée Dawn Hove; his siblings, Theodore (Diane), Dwain (Diane) and Barbara; his children, Kristine Hendrickson (John Boy), Nicholas, Jeff, Amanda and Tonya; his grandchildren, Anessa, Colton, Landyn, Zaden and Lauren; and his foster son Kurty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
