He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wangen and Bertha Wangen; and his grandfather Ole. He is survived by: his son Ed; his grandson Merle; his wife Marjorie S.; his children, Jaqueline Oehler (Peter), Debera Uy (Jon), Mark (John Erickson), Jolene Huber (Grant) and Heidi Burke (Paul); his grandchildren, Megan Jones, Kaleigh Jones, Janie Uy, Alex Uy, Mark Wangen, Luke Wangen (Shayla), Greta Huber, Grace Huber, Tyler Burke, Emma Burke and Sam Burke; his great grandchildren, Madeline Wangen, Iris Wangen, Henry Wangen and Vinny Wangen; and also Ed (Honefos).
