Marie Ardene Neitzel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2020, at the age of 90, Marie Ardene Neitzel of Onalaska, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Eckelberg (Westpfahl) and Louis Eckelberg; her husband Gilbert; her daughter Ardene Olson (Charles); her grandson Andrew Neitzel; and her brothers, Robert Eckelberg, Loren Eckelberg, Raymond Eckelberg and Charles Eckelberg.
She is survived by: her children, Arvilla Shoults (Paul) of Hubertus, WI, John Neitzel-Maldonado (Daviell) of Tucson, AZ, James Neitzel (Laure) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Joseph Neitzel (Nancy) of Holmen, WI and Alan Neitzel (Colleen) of Onalaska; her siblings, Ruby Butterfuss, Lucile Hemerley of Tomah, Gladys Kaus (Roger) of Raleigh, NC and Reinold Eckelberg of Portage, WI; her son-in-law Charles Olson of Holmen; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Ryan, Damon, Jillian, Adam, Nick, Brandon, Dylan, Evan and Josh. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the National MS Society.
