He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Page (Ericksmoen); his stepfather Rolland Page; his father Harold Hoff; his siblings, Sam Hoff and Jeanie Czapiewski; and his stepsister Patty Page.
He is survived by: his brother Jon Hoff; and his children, Tim Hoff (Dawn Harn), Todd Hoff, Leah Hoff Williams (Rob), Troy Hoff and Melissa Saucedo (Chris). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
