He is survived by: his wife Karen Frank; his sister Susie Reed of Clintonville, Wisconsin; his sons, Timothy Frank (Mary) of Plymouth and Jeffrey Frank (Brenda) of La Crescent, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Stephanie Bemis (Kyle) of Sheboygan, Justin Frank (Stefanie) of Sheboygan, Nathan Frank (Dezzie) and Allison Frank; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Amelianna Frank and Nora Bemis.
