He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strasser and Alice Strasser (Veglahn); his wife Mary Elizabeth Strasser; his daughter Julie Strasser; his siblings, Jack, Michael Strasser and Diane; his brother-in-law Wayne Wheeler; his parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Louis Coney; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Coney and Joseph Lonkoski.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Gutierrez; his grandsons, Alexander and Andrew Gutierrez of Pearland, TX.; his sisters, Judith Lonkoski and Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Tyler, Mary Rose Strasser Colclough (William) and James Coney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
