He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. Low and Henrietta Low (Phillips); his sisters-in-law, Jan Low and Ann Modahl; and his niece Jane Low.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Modahl; his children, Steve Low (Jody) and Susan Vorpahl (Jeff); his grandsons, Michael Low, Matthew Low (Marguerite Hyde), Brian Vorpahl (Kaitlin) and Mark Vorpahl (Joan); his great grandchild Mark Vorpahl Jr.; his brother Eugene Low; his brother-in-law Alf Modahl; and his nephews, Dave Low (Carla), Brad Low (Cheryl) and Tom Low (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Gunderson Health Spiritual Care in La Crosse or a charity of your choice.
