He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerald and Florence Small (Brown) of Mindoro, Wisconsin.; his stepchildren, Daniel Waller and Sonja Freismuth; his sister Annette; his brother-in-law Carroll Lowell; his sister Iowne; his brother-in-law Earl Kibler; his siblings, Capitola Small and Garth; his sister-in-law Millie Small; and his grandson Adam Troy Small.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Waller; and his children, Ricky Small Sr. (Christine) and Pamela McGuire (Rick). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
