She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelle Thompson and Oscar Thompson; her brother James Thompson; her brother-in-law Joseph Kofta; and her daughter Anita Kofta.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Brehmer (Darell), Michael Kofta (Ruby) and Douglas Kofta; her sisters, Harriet Kofta and Patricia Thompson; and her grandsons, Kevin, Taylor, Kendall and Ryan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
