With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward C. Tanke (Onalaska, Wisconsin), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward C. Tanke to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tanke and Dorothy Tanke; his wife Miriam Dragsbak; his brother Paul (Toni); his sister-in-law Val; and his great grandchild Theodore Edward.
He is survived by: his son Steve (Suzanne); his family, Lynn, Tim and Scott; his brother Jerry; and his children, Lynn (Dean Woodward), Tim (Melissa) and Scott (Jennifer). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the La Crosse Salvation Army made in Ed's name are preferred.
