With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Mae Pierce (Onalaska, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sobkowiak and Lillian Sobkowiak; her husband Thomas Pierce of John's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Bernadine Sobkowiak, Irene Hauser, James, Robert, Charles, Aloysious and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Tim (Laura), Terry (Sheryl), Deanne Williams and Danette Coorough (Tim); her grandchildren, Alex Williams (Jody), Kelsey Williams, Jeff Jankowski (Beki), Amanda Jankowski (Jacob Kneifl), Jason Coorough, Trever Coorough (Kylee Rostvold), Alyssa Coorough (Kyler Jehu), Ashley Pierce, Terry Pierce, Cole Younger (Karmen), Graylen Stiehl, Ian Stiehl, Hannah Stiehl, Asher Stiehl, Brandon Pierce and Emily Pierce; her great grandchildren, Aria Jade, Terry Pierce Jr., Rylee Mae Pierce, Taylor Younger, Shianne Younger, Julius Stiehl, Janelle Stiehl and Russell Stiehl; her siblings, Daniel (Margie), Ronald (Sally), Dennis (Linda), Annette Manuel (Bob) and Bernard (Debra); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Sobkowiak and Dorothy Roesler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1031 Main St, Onalaska, WI 54650). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to St. Patrick's school building fund.
