He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amon Mullikin and Florence Mullikin (Taft); his friend James Mindham; his wife Vivian Armstrong; his children, Donna Wavra of Onalaska, Rhonda Lawrence (Patrick) of Onalaska and Donald "Kevin" Mullikin (Sandra) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Cheree Tiry (Aaron) of Altoona, WI, Gretchen Bautista of Onalaska, Molly Baker (Brian) of Onalaska, Sarah Halberg (Lucas) of Onalaska, Katie Erickson (Mark) of Viroqua, WI and Donald K. Mullikin, Jr. (Samantha) of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Celsey Soine (Tyler) of Coon Rapids, MN, Mia, Kai, Noa Bautista, Bradley, Annabelle Baker, Sylvia and Theodore Erickson; his great great grandchild Hayden Soine; his brother Warren "Bud" Mullikin of La Crosse; his sister-in-law Marguerite Mullikin of Madison, WI; his son-in-law Robert Wavra, Jr.; his brother Amon Mullikin; his sister-in-law Virginia Mullikin; and his great-niece Emily Cliff. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that all in attendance wear masks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Gateway Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
