It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald W. DeBoer (Onalaska, Wisconsin), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Ione DeBoer (Koenen); his daughter Amanda Elizabeth (Avery Marie); his wife Mary; his daughter Avery; his brothers, Jim (Donna), Dave, La Crosse and Jerry; his sister-in-law Liz DeBoer; his nieces and nephews, Amy, Dana, Gwynne (Nick), Christina (Jason), D. J. (Andrea) and James (Natalie); and his pet Gemma.
He rehabilitated at home during the initial year of the COVID pandemic with the help of his wife, daughters, Carol Knox, and the Rehab Team at Gundersen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gundersen Medical Foundation.
