She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Page and Florence Page (Herrmann); her daughter Tammy; and her siblings, Sandra Page, Robert Page and Russell Page.
She is survived by: her children, Thom Ryan (Kou), Cathi Hauser (Jesse) and Michelle Hoffman; her grandchildren, Cole Hoffman, Cali Hoffman, Taya Hauser, Jadin Hauser, Caitlyn Johnson and Makenzie Johnson; her great grandchild Ava Mayfield; her siblings, Dolores Kenyon, Carol Miller, Beverly Mahlum, Judy Cheesboro, Rita Weber, Joyce Page, Sally Schultz, Phillip Page (Kathy), Donald Page (Mary), James Page and Gerald Page; her friend Mary Pollack-Boardman; and her grandchildren, Justin Boutin and Morgan Boutin.
