She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Jacobson and Helen Jacobson of Peterson, MN; her pet Kobe; her husband Scott Evans of Onalaska, WI; her siblings, Ryan Jacobson (Leah) of Peterson, MN, Anne Berg (Travis) of Eau Claire, WI, Mary Schwarz (Jason) of Fountain, MN, Melissa Engelby (Jason) of Winnebago, MN, Amy Jacobson of Peterson, MN and Kristi Rein (Josh) of Lanesboro, MN.; her father-in-law Courtney Evans of Onalaska, WI; her brother-in-law Courtney Evans; and her nieces and nephews, Shane, Drake, Jake Ryan, Logan, Boe, Avalon, Emarie, Brooke, Lindsay, Mara, Myla and Elin.
