He is survived by: his parents, Judy Downing, and Jeffrey Downing, Sr.; his son Wyatt Gutierrez; his brothers, Joseph Gutierrez and Jeffrey Downing Jr. (Kristin); and his children, Dylan Gutierrez and Adrian Gutierrez. He is also survived by two nieces, and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
