He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Joann Kaczmarek. He is survived by: his parents, Julie Kaczmarek and Matthew Kaczmarek; his sisters, Heather (Mark Every) and Amy Ortner (Olson); his niece Naveyah Simmons; his nephews, Payton, Cooper and Teague Simmons; and his grandparents, James and Betty Lobenstein.
