With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad E. Baker (Onalaska, Wisconsin), born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Amy Gumz; his children, Austin, Dalton and Mikalah; his parents, William Baker and Julienne Baker; his sister Amy Oliver (Hugh); his former wife Amy Simpson; his nieces, Brianna, Becca, Emma, Abby and Annabelle; his great-niece Charlotte; his close friend Toni Smith; and his grandparents, Ellsworth, Opal Baker, Emmett and Eunice Maybee.

Due to the national pandemic, a private service will be held for immediate family members.
