With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert C. Spande of Onalaska, Wisconsin, born in Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Albert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Albert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Spande (Ramlo) and Milton Spande; his son Christopher Spande; and his sister Carol Dvorak (Dave). He is survived by: his wife Sue (Becker) of La Crosse; his daughter Heather Breuer (Brian) of Albertville, MN; his grandchildren, Ellie, Jonah of Albertville and Jake Breuer of Albertville; and his siblings, Bonnie Henkels (Dave) of Heron Lake, MN and Donny Spande of Mabel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
