He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Harvath and Anna Harvath (Meyers); his siblings, Paul Harvath (Irene), Patricia Peterson (Bob), Gail Trunk (Dutch), James Harvath (Carmen), Joseph Harvath (Norma), Thomas Harvath and Margaret Thibert (Terrill); his former wife Mary Ellen Harvath (Gay); his great grandchild Matthew Harvath; and his mother-in-law Pearl Marie Rose Sheppard.
He is survived by: his friend Fuzzy Thurston; his wife Judy Harvath (Kuehl); and his stepchildren, Steve Paulick (Dawn), Dan Paulick (Shelly), Chad, Judy Scott (Branden), Steven Harvath (Christa) and Gayle Pawlowski (Rick). He is also survived by Grandpa Pinky will be missed by 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
