She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Jenkins (Ihrig) and Seth W. Bennett; her husband Wayne O. Rumlow; her stepfather Edwin Jenkins; her sister Diane Jenkins; her daughter-in-law Tammy Rumlow; her siblings-in-law, Warner and Donna Rumlow; her parents-in-law, Sylvia and Orville Rumlow; her close friends, Lolli Weber, Virginia Schneider and Renee Weber; and also Mark.
She is survived by: her children, Mark W. Rumlow and Kelly Standke (Scot); her grandchildren, Dana Ruh (John), Tyler Rumlow (Laya Helena), Ryan Standke (Mackenzie), Aaron Standke and Jordan Standke; her stepgrandchild Tevon Noe-LeBeck (Nikki); her great grandchildren, Gavin Ruh, Macie Ruh, Harper Ruh, Liam Rumlow, Braxton Glysch, Moira Standke and Evelyn Standke; her siblings, Donald Bennett and Laurie Gilman (Mark); and her nieces and nephews, Kirk, Kipp Rumlow, Tami Beier (Tom), Marie Travis (Justin), Wendy King (Dennis) and Stacey Frank (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (830 S Westhaven Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Oshkosh in her memory.
