It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Retzlaff (Omro, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Retzlaff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Miller and Lewis Miller; her husband Charles Retzlaff; her grandsons, Jacob and Soren Smith; her sister Beverly Korth (LuVern); and her siblings-in-law, Lyle Retzlaff, Orin Retzlaff (Marian), Grace Vowels (Joe) and Ruth Retzlaff.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Retzlaff (Ruth), Alan Retzlaff (Cathy) and Jill Teal (David); her grandchildren, John Retzlaff (Mackenzie) and Mary Retzlaff; her great grandchild Jeffrey Retzlaff; her sister Lois Stone (Russell); and her siblings-in-law, Clair Retzlaff, Dorothy Lovell (Merlyn) and Margaret Retzlaff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (720 Jackson Ave, Omro, WI 54963).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established for Grace Lutheran Church-Omro and Carter Memorial Library-Omro.
