Hazel Kalata Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Kalata (Omro, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 30, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Carlton Kratz; her son Richard; her grandchildren, Gary Bloch, Mark Kratz, Kristin Heidegger (Kratz) and Brian Mulder; and her sons-in-law, Ray Bloch, Jerry Poad and Wayne Koene.

She is survived by: her children, Helen Bloch Koene of Lomira, June Poad of Oshkosh, Philip Kratz (Susan) of Hancock, Carol Muth of Oshkosh, Donna Sharkey (Terry) of Oshkosh and Elaine Phillips (Tom) of Poy Sippi; and her brothers, John Wilson of Oshkosh and Ronald Wilson of Birmingham Alabama. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
