With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary E. Ellner of Omro, Wisconsin, born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 20, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ellner,; his parents-in-law, William and Margaret Paffenroth; his sister Carol Reinke (Marvin); and his brothers-in-law, Russell Olson, Robert Pahlow and William Paffenroth, Jr. (Gail).

He is survived by: his wife Carol Paffenroth; his children, Jennifer Miers (Scott) of Houghton, MI and Blair Ellner (Jess) of Omro; and his sisters, Betty Olson and Sharon Pahlow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
