He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemon Fay and Ellen Rehfeldt Fay; his wife Alice Fay; his daughters, Jeanne Fay and Julie Hornung; and his siblings, Donald, Warren, Willard, Raymond Fay, Arlene Schunulle, Luella Sandrin, Pearl O'Kon, Marjorie Hallman and Marion Ceman.
He is survived by: his children, James Fay (Carol), John Fay (Diane), Jeffry Fay (Patty), Michael Fay (Angie), Mary Schuessler and Patricia Wolfgram (Carl); his grandchildren, Stefanie, Benjamin (Jennifer), Adam (Angela), Charles (Amie), Sarah, Ali (Nate), Dominic (Payshence), Michael Jr. and Maxxwell; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Jaydon, Kyra, Mckenna, Haylee, Graydon, Eliana, Chase, Sam, Emmelyn and Scarlett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
