He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Remer and Helen Remer (Maher); his sons, Mark and Wayne Remer; and his sister Margaret Ruedinger.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Malson; his son Larry Remer (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Amber Ankenbauer (Kyle), Emma Remer, Alex Remer, Jackson Remer and Melissa Remer.
