He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Evelyn Lewis (Horn); and his son-in-law Steve Raddatz. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lewis; his daughters, Sheila Spear (Randal) and Gina Raddatz; his grandchildren, Brenna Spear and Austin Raddatz (Melissa); his brother Robert Lewis (Eileen); and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Lewis and Detroit. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law.
