He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Forss and Raye Forss (Torrey); his daughter Dawn Forss; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Genrich and Laura Docter Minahan.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Docter-Forss; his children, Matthew (Cindy Viertel) and Amanda Anhalt (Tim); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Cole, Isabelle, Darlene Tetzlaff (Walter), Deb Henning (John), Dean Forss (Sharon), Denise Reimer (Ned) and Deanna Turner (Jonathan); his siblings, Janet Genrich, Holly Seymour (Richard) and Richard Forss (Deborah); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Docter (Karol), Robert Docter and Katherine Docter. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
