She was predeceased by: her husband David "Porky" Domke; her son David C. Domke; her parents, Burger Amundson (Pearl) and Murna Youngwirth (Vince); her siblings, Louise Lee, June Dobrynski, Donna Hayes, Ken Amundson, Dick Amundson (Myra), Donald Amundson, Elaine, Jeanette Gose, Sharon Schmidt, Marlene Decker and Laverne Amundson; and her siblings-in-law, Bernice Amundson, Nancy Amundson, Ray Gose, Ray Decker and Robert Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Formiller (Mike) and Penny Besaw; her grandchildren, Steven Duke (Kayla), Jake Domke, Melissa Gollmar (Nick), Scott Besaw, Heather Willett (Adrian) and Tyler Formiller (Meredith Oakley); and her brothers-in-law, Rodney Schmidt, Joe Dobrynski and Bill Hayes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her honor.
