She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximillian "Max" Piotrowski and Mary Makurat Piotrowski; her daughters, Jeannie Fay and Julie Hornung; and her siblings, Pauly Piotrowski, Norbert Piotrowski (Rose), Grace Honoicki (Walter), Lucille Hibicki (Hubert), Frances Bednarek (Gene), Rosalie Beulen (Glen) and Florence Bushweiler (Maynard).
She is survived by: her family, Omro, Alice and Erv; her caregivers, Jayna, Tara, Mandy and Megan; her husband Ervin; her children, James Fay (Carol), John Fay (Diane), Jeffrey Fay (Patty), Michael Fay (Angie), Mary Schuessler and Patricia Wolfgram (Carl); her grandchildren, Stefanie, Benjamin (Jennifer), Adam (Angela), Charles (Amie), Sarah, Ali (Nate), Dominic (Payshence), Michael Jr. and Maxxwell; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Jaydon, Kyra, Mckenna, Haylee, Graydon, Eliana, Chase, Sam, Emmelyn and Scarlett; and her pet Brock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be directed to St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Jude Hospital, or Shriners Hospital.
