She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Prokopiak and Victoria Prokopiak; and her siblings, Barbara, Bernard, Casimer, David, Kenneth and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Vartanian (Chad) and Holly Montang (Ben); her grandchildren, CJ, Ada and Miles; and her former husband Pat Seubert. She is also survived by two brothers and seven sisters; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
