He is survived by: his significant other Jean Conrad; his daughter Diane Ellms (David Ellms); his grandsons, Dylan and Derek; his son Monte Conrad (Lisa Conrad); his grandchildren, Breanna and Jacob; and his siblings, Shirley, Norma (Brian), Ugene (Pat) and Ralph (Margaret).
