With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Andreae of Ogema, Wisconsin, born in Medford, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 18, 2021 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, an athletic leadership scholarship fund will be established in Jake's name, to benefit the student athletes of the Prentice School District.
