He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Gustafson and Alice Gustafson (Erickson); and his siblings, Leroy, Melba and Harold.
He is survived by: his son Dan (Katie) of Prentice, WI; his wife Debra Maki; his daughter Dawn Korenuk (Wayne) of Medford, WI; his grandchildren, Stacey, Alexandra and Zoe; and his siblings, Kathleen (Mel) of Cudahy, WI and John (Deanny) of Ogema, WI. He is also survived by family members and friends.
