He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Algiers; and his parents, Roger Stevens and Carol Stevens (Becky Stevens). He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Johnson; his siblings, Jeff Stevens (Ann) and Julie Anderson (Bob); his stepdaughter Amber Towery; his nieces and nephews, Fawn Klemm (Kory), Hanna Stevens, Olivia Stevens, Sarah Buboltz (Dylan), Michael Anderson and Steven Anderson; his great-nephews, Andy Fisher (Alyssa), Matthew Johnson (Jesicalyn) and Josh Johnson (Shawna); and his grandchildren, Skielyn, Braxton, Laynie, Natalie, Leigh, Trent, Gabe and Addie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to the Manawa Fish and Game Club in Scott's honor (P.O. Box 223 Manawa, WI 54949 in care of Scott Stevens memorial).
