He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kipke and Eleanor Kipke (Walbruck); his brother Tom; and his granddaughter Ella. He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Smith; his daughters, Amanda (Brien Flanagan) and Heather (Roy Freda); his grandchildren, Logan, Ava and Reegen Flanagan; and his brother Clarence Jr.. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
