He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cady and Ella Cady (Lucht); his daughter Lorraine; his brothers, Roland, Lowell, Wilmer "Stringbean", Arnold "Charlie", Lyle and LaVern; his nephew Vance Cady; and his sisters-in-law, Gwen Cady and Beverly Smith Cady.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Huebner of Ogdensburg; his sons, Ray (Michelle) of Ogdensburg and Jerry Cady of Ogdensburg; his sister Mardell Boehm of New London; his grandchildren, Heather Leif (Michael), Patricia (Jeremy Pomerenke), Amy Rausch (Jeffrey), Missy (Joe Durrant) and Erin Cady; his great grandchildren, Christopher (Alexis), Ezekiel, Bryce, Emily, Lillyana, Avalayah, Amiyah, Minton, Finnley, EllaMae Rausch, Hailee and Michael Leif; his great great grandchildren, Luke Rausch and Joseph Rausch; and his sister-in-law Shirley Cady. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
