He is survived by: his children, Steven Nelis (Mary), Darryl Nelis, Billy Jo Nelis, Odanah Wiggins and Riana Wiggins; his siblings, Michael Wiggins, Charlie Wiggins (Daisy), Dan Wiggins (Terry), Kathleen Wiggins, Kim Plantz and Samuel Wiggins; and his aunt Darlene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
