He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert I. Wiggins and Marilyn J. Wiggins (Lemieux); and his sister Andrea. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Wiggins, Isaac Wiggins and Olivia Deragon; his adoptive daughter Malita Smart; and his sister Lisa Carrasco. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
