He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Soulier and Anita Soulier (Shinaway); and his siblings, Mark and Norma Soulier. He is survived by: his children, Russell Stone (Hope) of Odanah, Shanna Soulier (Dustin) of Ashland and Lisa Soulier of Ashland; and his siblings, Bill (Lynn), Erv (Rose), Marty (Terri), Dennis, Mitch (Rose), Cora (Ed), Chrissy Soulier and Cecille McCroy (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
