He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kenneth Wilmer Jr. (Michelle), Francis Wilmer (Melissa), Ryan Wilmer (Bethany), Joseph Wilmer, Desiree Garcia (Aquiles), Matthew Wilmer, Christopher Wilmer (KC) and Kirstin Wilmer; his siblings, Robert Wilmer, John Wilmer Sr. (Faye), David Wilmer, Rose Wilmer (Ervin), Terri Thomas (Felton), Lissa Andrews, Lenore Plucinski and Lawrence Plucinski; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Bigboy, Bonnie Green, Francis Bigboy Sr., Patrick Bigboy Sr. and Arnold Bigboy Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
