He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rasmussen; his children, Rick (Carol), Robert (Kathy), Edward (Cheryl), Donald (Sue) and Linda Richter; his grandchildren, Kady Martin (John), Rob (Michelle), Matt (Lara), Abbey Richter (Brandon), Jenn, Jaclyn Tucker, Jody, Pat Richter (Cindy), Bruce Villamor (Jellie), June Murphy (Matt) and Mary Villamor (Andy); his sister Karen O'Sullivan (Bill); and his godchildren, Debbie Krygrel, Debbie Groll, Janice Lang, Kevin Dugre and Bill Dodds.
Due to the Corona Virus, a private service will be held.
