She is survived by: her children, Connie Von Haden (Carl), Jim Maynard, Jr. (Cynde), Rodney Maynard (Dona), Carla Liubakka (Ed), Nathan Maynard (Diane), Joe Maynard (Sue) and Jerry Maynard (Lori); and her sister Carol Perry (Bill). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
