It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gordon Wesley Rugg of Oconto, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Rugg and Tillie Rugg; and his brother Richard Rugg. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his daughter Julie Bell; his grandchildren, Paul Rugg and Hayden Bell; his niece Jennifer Phelps (Tim); and his nephew Richard Rugg (Rachel). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
