With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry B. Hanson (Oconto, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 30, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hanson and Evelyn Hanson (De Caster); his sister Faye Hearley (Francis); his son Daniel Hanson; and his siblings-in-law, William Motiff, Harland, Wayne, Charlene, William Heimke and Virginia LeFevre (Robert).

He is survived by: his wife Doris Heimke; his children, James Hanson (Kathie), Diane Motiff, Beth Hensberger (Kurt), Wanda Hugo (Ron) and Penny Schmidt; his grandchildren, Heather Noto (David), Jeremy Hanson (Charissa), Amanda Younger, Amanda Gauthier, Melissa Duerr (Peter), Andy Coshenet, Tiffany Koske (Nate), Casey Cardinal (Chad), Sami LaCourt (Marty), Megan Garrity (Cody) and Adam Schmidt; his great grandchildren, James, T. J., Junior, Anja, Xenia, Nolan, Aiden, Mia and Weston; his sister Lucille Schneider; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Heimke, Darrell Heimke (Judy), Karen Heimke, Doreen Krause (Robert) and Donna Cudnohosky (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
