He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Marie Stumpf Sr. (Moffitt); his daughter Candy Stumpf; and his granddaughter C. J. Flemal. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Stumpf; his children, Shelly Flemal, Herbert John Stumpf III (Dusty), Todd Flemal, Jeremy Stumpf (Meagen) and Matthew Stumpf (Lilian); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Gavin of Mackenzie, J. J., Harley, Abbie, Maddie, Jon and Ashton.
