He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Borkovec. He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Gary Borkovec, Roger Borkovec, Ashley Borkovec and Jessica Keck (Bill); and his sisters, Bonnie Radzinski (Robert) and Dianne Netzer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
